Hi, I’m Lesley.

MS, LPC, LCDC

Since I was young, I’ve felt a deep pull toward listening, understanding, and supporting others. That passion didn’t always show up in healthy ways—I often prioritized others at the expense of myself.

Over time, I became curious about how to show up differently, both for myself and those around me. That curiosity led me to pursue a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Counseling and Development.

Over the past 13+ years, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of settings—public schools, nonprofits, inpatient and outpatient facilities, and private practice. I’ve supported individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma recovery, toxic relationship patterns, and major life transitions.

These experiences have shaped the therapist I am today: collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through relationship and intentional exploration.

What the Body Carries, It Can Also Release

I am trained in and deeply aligned with humanistic psychology, which honors each person’s inner wisdom and capacity for growth.

In my work, I noticed that sometimes our bodies know it first—especially for clients whose nervous systems remained stuck in patterns of fear, hypervigilance, or disconnection.

That’s what drew me to somatic approaches, including trauma-informed yoga and body-based practices that help restore regulation, deepen self-awareness, and build resilience.

Healing Happens
in Connection

I understand that beginning therapy—and allowing someone into your inner world—can feel vulnerable. I’ve been there too. I know what it’s like to do the work: to unlearn old patterns, to revisit pain with gentleness, and to practice showing up with more authenticity and self-trust.

Therapy That Meets You—

In our work together, I will collaborate with you every step of the way. I offer guidance and feedback tailored to your needs, and I help you find a pace that feels both safe and meaningful. My role is to create a steady, supportive space for healing—while also gently challenging you to grow curious about your internal world.
